Re:vista

This magazine means so much to me. I wanted to create a magazine that would highlight Latinx culture in Chicago. Living in this vibrant city for my entire life, I’ve been surrounded by so many aspects of Latinx culture and have a deep appreciation for mi gente. Being mixed (half White/half Mexican) I felt like I was always in the middle of two cultures. I still am, but the love and acceptance that this community has for me assured me of my Latinidad and I no longer question my place in these cultures. The love I have for this community is unmatched and I am so much a part of the Latinx culture as the Latinx culture is a part of me. I hope you enjoy a little glimpse of Chicago through the Latinx lens.
